The first thing to understand is that sometimes it can take up to 7 days for these transactions to be reported to us but if it hasn't tracked after these 7 days, this is what we call an untracked transaction. You will need to raise a missing cashback claim so that we can look into this further. You can do this by visiting your customer care tab of your account > Missing Cashback Claims > Lodge a Claim.
